BUNT CAKE RECIPES

2 sticks Butter
2 3/4 cups Sugar
6 Eggs
3 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1/4 cup Milk
3/4 cup Crushed pineapple ( with juice )
1 cup Flaked Coconut
1 cup Shortening
1 tsp Vanilla
Oven Temp ~ 325° Baking Time ~ 1 Hour & 30 Min.
Pan Type ~ Bundt pan
Preheat oven, spray pan with non-fat vegetable spray.
Cream shortening, butter, and sugar. Add eggs. Mix well. Combine sifted flour and baking powder together. Combine mixtures alternately with milk. Stir in pineapple, coconut, pecans, and vanilla. Blend well. Pour into tube or bundt pan. Bake.
